Crispy Fish Tacos & Slaw

In November, I took a trip to Los Angeles where I ate bite-sized tacos from a truck on the side of the road; so packed with flavour and so very delicious. This is my homage to their fish taco, which was served not unlike this one, with a fresh punchy slaw.
